Return Policy Overview:
Right of Return:
Upon receiving your order, we urge you to inspect the goods promptly. Notify us within 30 days of delivery via email at [email protected] if any items are damaged, incorrectly shipped, or defective due to faulty material or workmanship. Failure to notify within this period will be deemed as acceptance of the goods.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition (unworn or unused), with tags, and in the original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase. For returning or exchanging items, use a shipping method providing tracking information. Note that on-sale items, gift cards, damages, or losses caused by customers are non-returnable.
General Return Process:
Initiate a return by emailing [email protected], providing photos and/or videos of the items, and stating your order number. Our customer service staff will review your return request within 3 business days. If accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
Return Charges:
For returns due to our error, a full refund will be provided. If due to buyer’s preference or ordering error, the buyer covers return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee applies for certain return reasons.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are issues. We’ll evaluate the problem and address it accordingly.
Exchanges:
To expedite an exchange, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Order Cancellations:
Contact us ASAP for order cancellations. Orders can be canceled and fully refunded if the parcel hasn’t shipped. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
Refunds:
Allow about 1-2 weeks for return processing. Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method, with processing and posting times varying based on the payment method used.
